Killing Floor Exploiters - markg - 08-02-2010
we have been getting a lot of exploiters on the killing floor servers lately, primarily the suicidal one.
for the whitelisted maps the solution is simple; remove the map, which i have done on several occassions.
but there are also exploits for the base maps that tripwire hasnt yet fixed; cant easily remove the base maps from the game.
so the policy is this; warn them once, if they dont quit it, ban them on that server.
over the weekend i did this, and the typical response to the warning was "is this an exploit? i thought xyz was ok" even when the entire team was telling them to quit exploiting and they were in a place that couldnt be attacked by zeds.
so if you ban someone just for being stupid, i'll understand that too.
