Recording a demo to prove hacking etc.
#1
In order to actually ban someone based upon a report, we need a method to verify it.

We do keep logs of all joins/chats/etc. so if it is something that can be verifed that way, it makes it simple.

But if a speed hack etc. we NEED to be able to observe what they are doing.

The way to do that is to record and submit a DEMO. This is a pretty simple thing to do, and if you arent sure, here is the wiki which describes the process.

Basically you just open the console and enter 'record' with a file name (any name that you can remember will do), and recording starts. After you capture the bad behavior, type 'stop' in the console. Then upload the file to the bans section in this forum; we will take it from there.
