if your server ping etc. is bad, please run a traceroute and post it here.
We contract with a company who uses very high-end InterNAP bandwidth and as a result it makes up the bulk of what they charge us for the servers.
We chose InterNAP bandwidth because it is an amazing starting point, connecting to all the major backbones in every major city and providing outstanding stability and uptime, and on top of that it allows us to request route corrections and fine tune the pings of our servers to the lowest possible levels.
so let us know and if you are having issues we will see if a rerouting will help!
