line 5: Description of what happened/reason for request - Reason can be as simple as the Wallhack, Aimbot, Griefer, etc. If appealing a ban, simply state that and the reason the ban should be lifted.--- It was my fault, wasnt reading pop-ups correctly for what lvl you had to be, I accept responsibility for what happend and will watch for futuure info, if im unbanned.
