i installed the latest TeamSpeak server which purportedly fixes a lot of issues.
trouble is, you need a fairly recent client to connect, so you likely will have to update.
Also, the codecs have been 'optimized' for bandwidth vs. quality, so they may no longer be set where we want them. If you have any issues with the quality of speech let me know; i can adjust. Note that the lobby has slightly better quality than the game channels, just so you can see the difference (if any), but they all have the lowest latency (20ms).
