Killing Floor uses the unreal engine, a different engine than all the other games im used to working with, and therefore, just this one game forces me to learn a new series of admin tools. Unfortunate, because all the other games, including tf2, l4d, l4d2, garry's mod, etc. all use the source engine, and the same tools, including admin.
In addition, to add another source game all i need to do is install a couple plugins; then the advertisements and admin functions are automatic. For Killing Floor every server instance has to be managed separately, as there are no tools i am aware of that allow the simultaneous management of multiple servers like there are for source.
In any event, im trying an experiment with the normal server (we currentlly have beginner/normal/hard) and will set a standard username/password combo that can be used for reserving the slot. Let me know if you want to try it, but dont bitch if it doesnt do what you want unless you plan on studying up on the tools and telling me exactly what to change AND how to do it.
The one good thing about the unreal engine is that the tools are web based. But being web based they aren't real handy to use from in game.
