i FINALLY got lvl 6 on medic (killing floor), my last one!

and to celebrate, we finished up the game on suicide, and i gave the final kill shot to the patriarch with my medigun (an act of desperation, since everything else was empty, but thats all it took!)

holy F&$% finaly ill bet it took a lot of patience or was it easy cause everyones injurys in the suicidal server

suicidal server made it a lot easier, but.....unless you are lvl 5 you just cant heal fast enough to keep up.

And since i got it in the middle of a real game, i can tell you lvl 5 medic sucks compared to lvl6 on suicidal; the syringe recharge is 200% vs 150% and the syringe potency is 75% vs 50%. Between the two there is no comparison; lvl 6 is 40% higher than lvl5 in healing time/potency combination. Im sure many people died to get me this lvl, since i just couldnt heal them fast enough. I didnt even realize the difference until i got it; then it was just a lot easier to keep up.

here is a chart i made of the product of recharge/potency. The 'combined' number is the relative healing power (the product of recharge speed and injection potency). note the HUGE differences between some of the levels (and they dont increase linearly like the other perks do because potency only increases at lvl 1, 3 and 6; but please note this result is based entirely on the data in the Tripwire wiki). lvl 6 is twice the healing of lvl 3, and 40% more than lvl 5. I dont think any other perk has anything close to this much differential between the lvls.

next time i see a lvl 4 medic on suicidal, i am going to politely ask him to change perks.....maybe the same for lvl 5
