The game server was recently attacked, successfully, by some malware that the anti virus program didnt detect.
So i did some research, and found there are other programs that can run along side your typical real time anti virus program, and supplement the security significantly. Many are free.
i am now using, in addition to the real time anti virus program:
ThreatFire, a Behavioral predictor http://www.threatfire.com/ and;
Immunet Protect, a cloud based indicator http://www.immunet.com
They are both free and have caught many more things than my basic anti virus software was catching.
