Well, i didnt pay for it. and i really didnt get it. thats just what i would have paid per the attached crate simulator.

its a simulator for steam crates, so you can see how much money you would spend, on average, to get stuff. i think steam has since modified their crates after a few of these came out, but enjoy anyway!
