Lotus Servers

I'v been watching the lotus servers for a bit now just to check, and they now have a pretty cheap plug in. When their servers drop below 23 players their servers start displaying "24" slot servers, which drived steam traffic to them untill it reaches 24 players then it starts displaying the normal 32 slot servers that they have. Not sure how they did this but it keeps their servers up and running almost all the time.

i wonder why steam doesnt just turn them off
