so tonight we had another hacker on the server. he was speed hacking and wall hacking. others were complaining, so i joined the server, and asked him how he did it.
guess he didnt know i was an admin, because he demonstrated his ability to speedhack, and then proceeded to explain exactly how he did it.
interesting technique, and i confirmed with the souremod developer that its accurate.
im not going to post what it is, since i dont need 1000's of kids duplicating it, but i did just install a plugin that should automatically ban anyone using it in the future. only trouble is that particular plugin is known to periodically crash the server, so ....im not sure which is the lesser evil, speed/wall hackers or crashed server. for now im running the plugin. lets see what happens.
