Server test

ok, servers are back to normal, test is complete, everything worked GREAT! (with one exception, i forgot to open a port on the firewall and couldnt rcon to the servers to change cvars, but caught that and its fixed).

so now we can start/stop/restart/update servers remotely, and change cvars etc. on the fly!
