I added the !ks function to the trade server, allowing you to charge up your killstreak weapons without having to actually kill anyone.
you can type !ks or /ks and it will give you 10 kills (the max effect I think) or !ks 100 if you need more for some reason.
it will ONLY work for those in the Public NBS group, which shouldn't be a hardship for anyone since its a, well, Public group.
