although most all lag can be directly traced to the users computer/inet connection (ie, anti virus programs, other people in the household downloading large files/movies/etc.) there are a few things that can be done server side to attempt to force the client to 'behave' and not lag (as much) as it ordinarily would under the circumstances.

I have taken some time, again, to tweak some parameters that 'might' help in some cases. Hopefully it wont affect anyone negatively, but in all endeavors that is a possibility.

Let me know if you see any benefit, or harm, being as specific as you can as to what/when/etc.
