i was monitoring several of their servers and noticed the exact same name/player in several at the same time!
turns out they are bots. So now they use a combination of fake player slots (between 3 and 7 at last count) and bots to show the server at least partially full all the time.
look for the names with v2 at the end - they are the bots:
L | KillerKeg v2
L | Nket v2
L | Keja v2
etc.
