Killing Floor Voting

ive been getting emails from people griping they were voted out of a killing floor server right when they joined. not sure what this is about, but i cant think of any reason we have voting on (it defaulted on) so i just turned it off on all servers except the friendly fire server. On the ff server i changed votekick to 75% so whoever is being kicked really deserves it. if that doesnt work we will turn off ff.

clan members can still initiate votes if they log in (i think.... but some of the ut tools just dont work right, so....)
